One reason Twitch may not be willing to give out Steam keys to its Prime users is the possibility of commercial resale. It is a documented case where Humble Bundle keys, even if co-opted with a percentage going to charity, can end up on G2A or other key store websites. A capitalist would find no issue with this, but alas, Amazon wants to be smart when it comes to matters concerning the keys it gives away on behalf of developers.
